i see /usr/lib/systemd/system/mailman.service in mailman rpm
ExecStart=/usr/lib/mailman/bin/mailmanctl -s start
so we need to
add a file
/usr/lib/systemd/system/mailman.service.d/51koozali.conf
[Install]
WantedBy=sme-server.target
and add the relevant action to the smeserver-mailman-update event
