I think the short steps to follow would be to:

load these two features:  
"odl-openflowplugin-flow-services-ui,odl-openflowplugin-drop-test"
run this command in the karaf shell:  "dropallpacketsrpc on"

let us know if it doesn't work.

btw, we run cbench in our automated suites, like this one:
