Same here. Readlink not being present hasn’t been an issue, it is the /w that 
is causing problems.

I'm seeing the same issue, from the netvirt repo, running on linux.

I just updated a few minutes ago. This was working fine, until I did a build 
with snapshot update.

Exotic environment :) Anyway, you will need a readlink binary, edit the
file yourself, or use karaf.bat. We do need readlink to allow launching
karaf across symlinks...
