The "skipped" thing is just so that Jenkins doesn't vote on such jobs.
If the build is successful ("SUCCESS"), the artifacts are pushed to
Nexus, regardless of "(skipped)".
The autorelease builds are failing because Jenkins is once again no
longer pushing the odlparent commit pointer forwards. (Thanh knows what
this is about and how to restore things.)
