We are right now using Boron SR3, you had mentioned that part of it is
already implemented. Can I know in which release its been fixed in?

This something you need to clear with the netconf project, I cannot make any
statement on what features are available or will become available in the near
future.

As far as I can tell, at least some part of this is present in the restconf
implementation -- how complete and/or functional it is, I don't know.
