Tom, We see the following message in cluster karaf logs "shard leaders fails to settle in 90 seconds".
My question is more about the behavior of the cluster once we hit this message. Will it trigger the next round of election ? How many times will it continue to trigger election ? Any configurable parameter to tune the 90 seconds or number of times ? Assuming the nodes were isolated because of network partition and we see the above stated message, if the network partition resolves, are nodes expected to join back the cluster ? Are transactions expected to go through successfully ? Your insights are highly appreciated !! Regards, Sai
