Same tests have been failing in neon too but not in Oxygen. I don't know why off the top of my head - I'll have to take some time to study what the tests do etc. But this is related to basic functionality (RPCs) and there's been no real changes in quite a while (especially since Fluorine release) so I suspect it's something with the tests. Maybe Luis or Jamo know more about the history... I set them to IGNORE (for now at least)
