Look at /etc/diald.conf, you have a line beginning by "ip-up" followed by a 
script to call. By now it calls bastille-reset, but you may put your own 
script (call bastille-reset from it, though, in addition to your custom 
commands).

To keep your modifications all the time, edit 
/usr/share/naat/templates/etc/diald.conf instead of /etc/diald.conf directly.
