hd:2 seems a little low in the partition table. No MacOS?  I sound like a
broken record here, but bootstrap <> /boot.  It's 1MB in size by default,
and with a large drive, may not be very visible in the graphical
diskdrake. You do not want to mount it as part of the filesystem.

Will 8.2 fix it? Dunno.  If you didn't see any errors, then all
indications on the Linux side are that the bootstrap was created
successfully, if you saw that message.  8.2 will have a newer yaboot, and
cooker has an even newer version.  Some folks have had machines that only
want to boot every second power up or some such thing.
