On my PowerBook G4 Ti 867MHz with 2.4.20-benh-5mdk it's there and works. It allows setting the frequency between 667 and 867 MHz, and in a quick test with the Mesa demos (without hardware accelerations) it shows.
Hmm.. That's really strange. I have the 12" version of that (non-Ti) I wouldn't think that the MB hardware could be that different.
