Windows, a 32bit shell for a 16bit OS, designd for an 8bit processor....

I got a quick fix for it... just go to /usr/share/doc/HTML/ and check the
folder update...
change its name to whatever you want... anyway is almost empty, just a
couple of
subdirectories. after doing this re-install your kdelibs again and voila!
it works!
is just that the update dir should be a symlink not a folder.
