ok here what I found so far... the permissions for apache have changed, it can start
httpd
1.- httpd

2.-I also can not access dmsg (can be fixed easily ;-)

This is not related to security, but I would like to learn where is the config file to
comment out
char-mayor-108, used to be in conf.modules...three lines I commented out and it
worked!
