[Cooker] rsync

I want to use rsync because of it's ability to delete files and what not
but I have no idea how to make it update the mirror I have already
without it downloading every damm file that I already have just cause it
desides it wants to I have poored over the man page and tried every
option that I can think of but to no avail. any one have any ideas?
