[Cooker] Bug in WindowMaker-0.61.1-4mdk

Hi,

It seems there is a bug in this package. The packager must have been
using the source code release, with which this bug occured. This
issue has been adressed in the CVS tree. 

What the bug does : 
the wmconfig menu doesn't work - that is, applications->programs is
empty. 

I didn't install the cooker, so maybe it's because of my config, but as
I heard about this bug in WM mailing lists, I thought it might be wise
to report it. Please check that your menus are working in WM.
