[Cooker] Personal web

hey all,
I ran into my first problem last night with Mandrake 7 aka Oxygen.  I
had a friend try to access my web page and they couldn't. My file
permissions have not changed for my public_html directories because I
did not redo my home directory.  Is there something I am not seeing, I
do know I neeed new glasses soon but should I go out and get them now?
