[Cooker] pine is broken!

oh dear. pine needs to be patched.
the problem exists because if you use pine --> setup --> new passwd the code
points to /bin/passwd, but on a mdk system, it's on /usr/bin/passwd.

i patched the pine code. file changed was os-lnx.h in osdeps directory. it's
an attachment to this email. cp passwd-path patch to SOURCES dir, and patch
the pine spec. it was made against 4.21 2mdk.
