I must be forgetting something?

grabbed the rpms from rpmfind.net -cooker

Attempting to rpm -Uvh icewm*

gives me missing '/usr/sbin/install-menu' ?
I have no such item in /usr/sbin

I have had clean upgrades through several levels
of L-M 7.0x/cooker with this paticular WM and
have not had this happen ?
