[Cooker] SBLIVE in 7.1b not working

Hi, my SBLive will not work in 7.1b (the first release)
hopefully this is fixed by now.
It may be because chose to install the alsa stuff as well as oss or
whatever...but when i try to config it in harddrak or sounddrak it can play a
sample test but then tells me "sox: cannot open /dev/dsp for output" or
something of the like and no progs can play sound...
