[Cooker] Auto install missing step?

Hi,

  Just completed an ftp "automated" install from rpmfind.net and it didn't ask
to make a boot disk, went directly from adding a user account to boot loader.

  Then when X tried to start after first reboot, complains of
"failed to set default font path 'unix/:-1'
fatal server error
could not open default font 'fixed;"

  But there were a couple problems with packages during the
install, / is at 61% use.
