this doesnt actually appear to be an error, it happens on every system i've seen
and is only related to the PIO modes which are 33mhz.  When using the faster
66mb/s and 100mb/s modes you are using UDMA modes.  My system reports this and
correctly sets the speed of the drives to UDMA66 or UDMA100 as appropriate. I
would mark this as invalid.

This was installed on a Dell Dimension 4100.  FSB=133MHz; IDE controller capable
of 100MHz.  hda=100MHz bus (80 pin cable), 66Mhz used for CD/RW and tape drive
(40 pin cable)
