The behavior, however, is NOT identical to when I submitted the bug -- now the dialog box comes up starting at the top, whereas before it was already scrolled to the bottom (i.e., it's slightly better now but not completely fixed). However, since there's plenty of screen real-estate, there's no reason to make a dialog box that scrolls when sizing it slightly larger would put the entire text on the screen. Also I'm not certain my version is 1.761; I'm installing from 9.1 beta 2, but didn't see an option for that.
