This seems to be a bug in inversion function for size approximation, to avoid it
use no more than 18Gb of space for /usr, you can do it as you do not have set up
a /home partition which is highly recommended.

Note also 18Gb is very high, you will have a lot of free space, I suggest you to
use less than 10Gb for /usr and keep 22.5Gb for /home where your work will go.
