[EMAIL PROTECTED] changed: What |Removed |Added ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Status|UNCONFIRMED |RESOLVED Resolution| |FIXED ------- Additional Comments From [EMAIL PROTECTED] 2003-03-14 14:25 ------- I have downloaded and installed the second pre-release version. The problem does not occur there. Whatever it was, it was peculiar to the first pre-release on my Toshiba laptop. Sorry to have bothered you! billo ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug, or are watching someone who is. ------- Reminder: ------- assigned_to: [EMAIL PROTECTED] status: RESOLVED creation_date: description: When I tried to choose packages for installation, the installation program seems to get confused if I click on the large category options (e.g. if I click on, say, "Documentation" rather than individual packages). I get the dialog boxes stating that certain libraries will be loaded, but that dialog box does not go away when I click "OK." Oddly, I can still choose other packages in the part of the underlying window that is not obscured. Each subsequent dialogue box that tells me other libraries will be loaded will also not disappear. Then, at some point I don't quite understand, I will be dumped back into the previous screen (where you choose the broad package categories). The choices I made before getting dumped back are retained, and I can then go forward again and choose more packages. This only happens if I choose one of the high level options. This does not happen at the individual package level.
