[Cooker] [discus]: scanners: autodetecting & group

Hi,

Could we have a group "scanner", for scanner devices (like
the current "cdwriter" group for writers?

Maybe the "scanimage -L" (part of sane) can be used to detect 
a scanner. and the right permisions can be given to the 
device...
