You mean there is one? ;-). Actually, I think it would be nice if Mandrake provided a single app to allow big companies (ok, SME's > 100) to apply corporate identity (login manager, bootsplash, lilo, etc etc). And IMHO splash screens for GNOME/KDE should get as much (or more) attention than bootsplash, they are hopefully seen more often. And the same thing applies to things like the cartoon dragon on KDE logout ...
