OK. All the stuff I want is done, only things left (AFAICR) is to package the migration stuff seperately. We have fixed a lot of issues in the migration scripts, but still need to find a way to retain flags. I have tried a few IMAP->IMAP migration tools, but for example the pascal imapcopy believes 99.9% of my mail is corrupt, whereas after migration with the cyrus scripts it is fine. I have one folder of mail with corrupt headers, the rest works for everything but migrating mail ....
