In the services display, xinetd services should not display as "stopped", since
that invites the user to try "start", only to be informed that "start" makes no
sense for xinetd services.
Such services should display as "enabled" or "disabled", and the "start"/"stop"
buttons should be changed to "enable" or "disable".
This assumes that drakxservices is capable of enabling or disabling xinted
services. If it isn't, then instead of enable/disable buttons, there should
just be a label or something that says "starts when requested".
