Probing devices to guess BIOS drives. This may take a long time.
/boot/grub/install.sh: line 4: 11633 Segmentation fault (core dumped) grub

Note: This is a ThinkPad T20. Grub tries to probe for my floppy drive which is
currently not installed. dmesg shows:

end_request: I/O error, dev 02:00 (floppy), sector 0
end_request: I/O error, dev 02:00 (floppy), sector 0
end_request: I/O error, dev 02:00 (floppy), sector 2
end_request: I/O error, dev 02:00 (floppy), sector 4
end_request: I/O error, dev 02:00 (floppy), sector 6

BTW: The previous versions of grub worked fine, I cannot remember it crashing
during installation.
