[Cooker] sndconfig for alpha

Yo,

you disabled sndconfig for alpha from changelog.

pls note that in RH there is a sndconfig fro alpha and tha awesfx can build
on alpha pls see here

because i don't have an alpha box to test i won't nkow whether RH is wrong
or you are wrong, can you pls test ?
