------- Additional Comments From [EMAIL PROTECTED]  2003-02-09 13:40 -------
I have now experienced this behavior many times, but I have also had many times
where it did shut down properly. The times where the window becomes
non-responsive I can only start evolution again when I have killed
evolution-alarm-notify and evolution-wombat.
I have experienced several times where evolution doesn't shut down properly when
clicking the 'x' in the titlebar even when it is fully loaded. Clicking
File->Exit seems to work.

description:
Evolution will chrash if you click the 'x' on the windowborder before it has
completed startup. I'm told that the window 'evolution' is not responding, and I
choose to force it to exit. If you do this evolution will show up as sleeping in
the task manager and you can't start another instance of evolution before you
have killed the rest of what's left of the old.
