rpmdrake and package installation for printerdrake during installation are two
different things.
about rpmdrake, signatures verification failure was not a failure case for
installing packages, normally. aditionally, signatures problems are fixed now.
reopen a rpmdrake specific bug if you still see the problem in cooker or future RC2.
the rest and more important part of this bug if for printerdrake, assigning.

after installation of Mandrake linux 9.2, when it goes to install the files for
your printer, it complains that it cannot find the files, then just keeps
complaining, you have to restart your computer. when you load into mandrake 9.2
you cannot install any packages, RPM DRAKE complains that they have bad
signatures.note that you cannot procced in setup after it complains about it
cant find the files for your printer. you would have to restart your computer
