It's not supposed to do that after you unselect the "Enable ToolTips" box in kcontrol. All I have to do is position my mouse cursor over anything on the taskbar. I put every detail, step-by-step, in the report. Please note that you will reproduce the bug only **AFTER** you have LOGGED OFF and LOGGED BACK ON again. This is where the bug appears. NOT when you initially unselect the option in kcontrol. Thank you.
