[Cooker] Cooker and the 9.2 release

Has ML9.2 development already branched from Cooker, or is Cooker going 
to stabilize now until it is tagged "9.2"?

IOW: When I use Cooker to verify fixes of 9.2rc1 errors, will they be 
fixed in the final 9.2, too?
