I have an Olympus D-510 Zoom.   I used  the  "autodetect" function to 
select the camera which did not display the same, but another Olympus, 
name.  The problem was with gtKam's ability to set up the camera.  
Perhaps it is unsupported?

I was able to access the camera and pictures on KDE desktop by creating 
a link to /mnt/camera and view the pictures that way.  The camera works 
fine on my Redhat system also.
