Note that I removed minor release numbers in titles. I show them in examples, and then explain the parts. This should help avoid premature aging of the information as well as teach people how to decipher release numbers on their own. Also, I didn't put in anything for the 2.5/.6 kernel branch, but people are welcome to do so. Hopefully my template helps out with that. - John
