Hi Buchan, some symlinks are broken in smbclient alternatives :
[EMAIL PROTECTED] alternatives]# rpm -q samba-client samba-client-2.2.8a-12mdk [EMAIL PROTECTED] alternatives]# update-alternatives --auto smbclient [EMAIL PROTECTED] alternatives]# ll /etc/alternatives/mount.smb* lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 15 sep 6 12:51 /etc/alternatives/mount.smb -> /bin/mount.smb2 lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 17 sep 6 12:51 /etc/alternatives/mount.smbfs -> /bin/mount.smbfs2 lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 18 sep 6 02:17 /etc/alternatives/mount.smbfs2 -> /sbin/mount.smbfs2* mount.smb2 and mount.smbfs2 are in /sbin directory not in /bin it seems there is the same problem with samba3-client Regards -- Laurent Culioli :: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
