Policy is all graphical apps installed go in the menu. You > violated that policy. As much as I have NEVER used rxvt - I have to agree with them. If it's a graphical app, should be on the menu. If someone installs an app, they then shouldn't have to dig for it in order to run it, or go to menudrake to add it.
