This is probabl an hardware error whle reading the data. (this may be caused by a hardware failure or a Linux kernel bug) only one button : Ok (reminds me of another OS...) In a window : error in exec of stage 2 :-( trying to execute '/usr/bin/runinstall2' from the installation volume, the following fatal error occured FATAL ERROR IN STAGE1: I/O error in a text display : I can't recover from this.
