Thanks for including this patch. I just compiled the i686up4GB kernel
and can confirm that the kernel now again utilizes memory over 1GB
properly. Before, it always claimed that ~2700MB of ~3400MB were in use,
although nearly nothing was running on that machine. :-(

I hope Juan will include this one as quickly as possible in the
"official" mdk kernel because this bug is also present in the 9.2 final
kernel.
