[Cooker] Odd Netscape Behavior

On both the crypto version and the version included in the cooker 
distribution on sunsite.uio.no, Netscape refuses to load.  Attempting to 
execute from a terminal I get the following information:

        Bus Error

And of course netscape will not load.
