[Cooker] sh-utils <--> procps file conflict

Both packages are in the current cooker distro:

rpm -Uvh sh-utils-2.0-10mdk.alpha.rpm 
file /usr/bin/uptime from install of sh-utils-2.0-10mdk conflicts with
file from package procps-2.0.7-2mdk
