[Cooker] More installer problems.

I know there is supposed to be an installer out soon to fix the problems
with the upgrades, but i've been experiencing this problem with the current
installer.

Expert/New Install/Development.

After package install during post install i get this error.

An Error occurred
output in file /mnt/etc/skelDesktop/.kdelnk failed: no such file or
directory.

Once it said "output in file /mnt/etcskel/Desktop/.kdelnk..."

I've redownloaded the installer twice, and it doesn't fix the problem.  I've
also tried finding the problem myself, but didn't have any luck.
