[Cooker] most recent rsync won't install

the package:

rsync-2.4.5-1mdk.i586.rpm

from today's download of mdk7.2 fails during installation...nor will it 
install by rpmdrake after mdk7.2 is up and running...can't test with kpackage 
as it's still broken...
