[Cooker] MandrakeUpdate needs libopt

This is for a 7.1 system that got installed without the MandrakeUpdate
icon, was attempting to install MandrakeUpdate-7.1-8mdk.i586.rpm and
this resulted in error: failed dependencies: libopt.so.0 is needed by ..
