Latest kppp in kdenetwork seems to suffer a reproducible bug. I have multiple dial-up ISPs and have connected with ISP1 and then disconnected, if I try to connect with ISP2 using the command line option kppp -c ISP2 it fails. It appears to confuse the last used ISP connection with the command line one.
