[Cooker] Where is mkcd.sh?

I have asked this question before but got no usable answer. So, where can I
find a working mkcd.sh script to create ISO images from my cooker mirror?
The 7.2beta page lists a script, but this is incomplete (truncated near the
end) and it uses some non-existing files.
