[Cooker] many missing packages on mirrors

a number of packages seem to be missing on the mirrors...these include but 
are not limited to:

ncurses
initscripts
popt
rpm
kdelibs
ghostscript

looks like an rsync to the mirrors failed...i checked both rpmfind and 
sunet.se...
