[Cooker] permission errors

Hi

I noticed some directory and file permission errors after i installed
cooker (fresh download)
here is the list:
/usr/share/icons                 add +x
/usr/share/icons/large           add +x
/usr/share/icons/mini            add +x
/usr/share/icons/gtv.xpm         set -x
/usr/share/icons/mini/gtv.xpm    set -x
/usr/share/icons/large/gtv.xpm   set -x
/usr/share/icons/mini-wilbur.xpm set -x

especially the directory permissions was annoying since i kde couldn't
read the pics...
