[Cooker] all_rsync.pl

Announcement:

The older no_rsync.pl on my web site, which downloaded the 7.2beta
tree (which no longer exists) has been replaced by all_rsync.pl.

As supplied, all_rsync.pl downloads contrib, cooker, 7.2 and the 7.2
CD iso images to a place which must be edited in to all_rsync.pl
before running it.

A different server may also be specified for each of the above items.

The files may be downloaded from:

http://members.optushome.com.au/ronst
