[Cooker] evolution-0.6-2mdk.i586.rpm is broken

evolution-0.6-2mdk.i586.rpm requires both the old and new libstdc++
libraries so it will *never* install correctly even once we have fixed
up all the packages that need to be upgraded with the new libstdc++
package.

# rpm -q --requires -p evolution-0.6-2mdk.i586.rpm

libstdc++-libc6.1-2.so.3  
libstdc++-libc6.2-2.so.3
